A journal also makes it harder to stop working on yourself because you won’t want to undo all of your hard work.
It’s going to take time to lose body fat, but the work you put into it is worth it if you want to look your best. You’re going to have to make a habit out of being a more healthy person and that should end in you hitting your target weight.
